The job
We're seeking a driven Business Development Manager to focus on the growth of our industry leading software solutions tailored for the construction industry. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing how construction companies operate, leveraging technology to boost their efficiency and profitability. As the Business Development Manager, you'll spearhead our efforts to expand our market presence in the AEC sector. Your primary focus will be on identifying new opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value deals for our products
Key responsibilities
• Build a pipeline of new opportunities
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive software sales and meet ambitious revenue targets
• Oversee complex software implementations, ensuring smooth deployment and client satisfaction
• Negotiate and close high value deals, demonstrating a deep understanding of both our SaaS solutions and the construction industry's needs
• Collaborate with our product team to align our software development with market demands
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform our sales strategies
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in B2B software sales, preferably in construction or related industries
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the construction sector's technology needs is preferred
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives
• Experience managing complex, long-cycle sales processes
• Proven disciplined use of CRM systems and other sales tools
• A degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is an advantage
