Job Description
The role of a Sourcing Officer entails supporting both sourcing and partnerships as well as operations teams. Key responsibilities include sourcing administration tasks, contract record management, compliance reporting, low-level sourcing, and purchasing support.
As a Sourcing Officer, you will be part of an experienced Enterprise Procurement Department within the Finance Division. The department is responsible for managing financial, governance, and relationship management outcomes related to sourcing, contract management, purchasing, and third-party suppliers.

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Demonstrated procurement experience in sourcing and/or operations
* Entry-level procurement process and source-to-pay
* Entry-level contract records management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and diverse stakeholders
* Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in administrative, operational, and contract documentation review
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to continuously improve and contribute to department goals
