Area Sales Manager
As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the market. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring effective execution of sales strategies within your territory.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with experience in account management and business development. Strong relationship-building skills, effective negotiation abilities, and a clear understanding of brand distribution and target objectives are essential for this role.
You will be responsible for executing joint business plans, managing trade promotional and incentive schemes, and providing regular feedback on market dynamics and account performance. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will work closely with them to understand their needs and drive mutual growth.
In addition to your sales expertise, you will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and advanced proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Excel and Word. Commercial acumen and financial understanding are also highly desirable.
