Expand your career as a Clinician in Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology.
You will be part of a national team of 20+ professionals, providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various presentations, diagnoses, and disability types. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent, and adult services, forming close bonds with clients and celebrating their achievements.
Daily Duties
Your day-to-day duties will involve conducting Physiotherapy Assessments (with varied focuses including improving/increasing balance, mobility, coordination, gait, safety, and/or reducing pain); and ongoing intervention. This will help you develop strong relationships with clients and contribute to their personal growth and development.

Clinical and Professional Development
We value the clinical and professional development of our staff. Our dedicated Learning & Development Manager provides one-on-one and group training sessions, plus email support to aid complex cases. Additionally, we have experienced Managers and Team Leaders available for guidance.

New graduates can participate in our six-month tailored program, featuring reduced client hours, allocated supervisors, weekly mentoring, graduate-specific training, and networking opportunities with senior practitioners across Australia. Many of our leaders began with our Graduate Program.
Requirements
1. Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
2. Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
3. Previous experience within worker's compensation or disability schemes (desirable)
4. A car and license
5. A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to acquire it before commencement
