About the role:
We are seeking an experienced Deptuy CT Supervisor to assist in leading and supporting our CT team at a busy hospital site Knox Private Hospital – Lumus Imaging.
This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage workflow in a high-pressure environment while maintaining patient safety and quality standards.
Key Requirements:
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferredProven ability to work effectively in a busy hospital settingStrong knowledge of CT protocols, radiation safety, and quality assuranceExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to support, mentor, and coordinate staff across shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day CT operations and workflowProvide clinical leadership and support to CT staffEnsure adherence to protocols, safety standards, and best practiceLiaise with radiologists, nursing staff, and hospital leadershipAssist with staff training, performance support, and rostering as required
