Main Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and clinical support to senior staff.
* Support care delivery through guidance and mentorship to care team members.
* Deliver quality improvement projects at a home level.
Key Qualifications:
* A current unrestricted nursing registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Knowledge of Work Health Safety and Infection Control practices.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a senior management role within the aged care sector.
* An assurance certificate or equivalent experience.
* Able to use a team-based approach through mentoring and staff development.
* A high level of commitment, integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
* A desire for continuous personal and professional growth.
