Job Overview
The Project Manager will oversee the delivery of a new construction project within an Educational facility, worth over $40m.
Located in our Sydney office, you'll be responsible for:
* Engaging with contractors and consultants, including contract administration duties.
* Managing the construction/delivery of this complex new build.
* Fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
* Overseeing contract management, variations and claims.
Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role, you'll need demonstrated experience as a Project Manager on building projects, ideally within the Tertiary, University, Independent School, Public School or Healthcare sectors.
You'll also need:
* Strong communication skills and an ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
* High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
* Experience with construction and the delivery phase of projects.
* A willingness to work with team members and deliver outstanding outcomes for clients.
* Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or related discipline.
