You will be working from our Glenroy office and supporting our North and Western clients and teams.As one the IHNS Clinical Leads, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical care and support services to our clients in their homes. Collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, you will oversee the assessment, planning, and implementation of personalized care plans, ensuring our clients receive the best possible care and support to maintain their independence and quality of life.The Clinical lead contributes to service development and continuous improvement. The role serves as the primary clinical resource, offering expert guidance and support to the broader Benetas teams.About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:Post graduate qualifications in Nursing, in addition Education or Cert IV in Assessment and Training (desirable)Current AHPRA Division 1 as Registered NurseCurrent CPR and annual update from accredited providerCurrent NDIS and Working with Children CheckExtensive experience in community-based aged care servicesExceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsA strong commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvementProficiency in clinical documentation and record-keepingAll persons at Benetas will need to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Clearance to be eligible for employment or engagement.
