Job Description
* Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements.
* Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.
* Reconcile bank accounts and manage month-end reporting activities.
* Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards and tax regulations.
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
* Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and responding to queries.
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant
* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Working towards CA/CPA qualification.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate work.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate across teams.
