The successful candidate will assist in managing a group of staff in the absence of the senior nurse.
Main Duties

The hospital provides outpatient services and has wards supported by a Care of the Elderly medical team, Advanced Nurse Practitioners, and therapies to develop rehabilitation plans focused on discharge and recovery.
Patients are transferred from acute hospital wards or the community, often requiring complex discharge planning and long-term assessments. The role offers opportunities to develop skills in patient assessment and nursing interventions, working closely with community teams.
