Parts Interpreter | Full Time | Truckline NSW
Position Purpose:
Provide sales support and process sales orders in line with business processes. Serve as the first point of call for customer enquiries over the phone and at the counter, delivering high levels of customer service. Work closely with the internal sales, warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure orders are correct.
Responsibilities:
Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer records.
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone and on site.
Collate and confirm product details, ensuring accurate order fulfilment.
Collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to correct and confirm orders.
Use strong product knowledge to assist customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
Good communication skills and a proactive 'can do' attitude.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, multitasking and prioritising.
Intermediate computer skills and basic administrative competence.
Previous experience in automotive part sales or phone sales is an advantage.
Forklift licence is preferred but not mandatory.
Junior applicants are encouraged.
Availability to work on Saturdays.
