Unlock New Opportunities as a Sales Development Representative
In this dynamic and challenging role, you will play a vital part in supporting our sales team by identifying and developing new business opportunities.
This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Maintain activities and related data in a CRM system
* Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
* Build relationships with customers and assess future business needs
* Attend networking events, trade shows, webinars etc. to build relationships and generate leads
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for:
* Outbound identification/development and inbound follow-up on of land and expand opportunities within assigned accounts
* Assigned to multiple sellers to support their enterprise accounts
* Involvement in strategic account planning activities
* Partner with the sales team to create relationships with existing customers, identifying their potential needs and assist in developing a business case
* Maintain a pipeline of early-stage leads

A successful candidate should have experience in business development, sales or related field experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales metrics and consistent achievement of year-over-year quota attainment.
