About the Client
Our client is a well-regarded consultancy firm delivering high-quality projects for the environmental, planning, and resources sectors. With a strong focus on client service and operational efficiency, they are seeking an experienced administrator to support their busy team on a short-term contract, contributing directly to project delivery and client engagement.
What you will be doing
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the below duties:
Supporting Project Managers with proposals, job registers, workplans, and reporting tools
Formatting, quality-checking, and finalising large reports and documents for clients and regulators
Printing, compiling, and distributing complex documents including environmental submissions
Performing chargeable admin tasks such as data entry, collating information, downloading portal submissions
Coordinating daily catering for meetings, client visits, and team functions
Organising travel and accommodation for team members
Assisting with IT setup and basic troubleshooting
Ordering supplies and maintaining office records and safety documentation
What you will need
To be successful in this role you will need to have the below:
Current Driver's Licence
Strong experience in administrative roles
Advanced Microsoft Word skills (including tables, figures, appendices)
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Docusign
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
A proactive attitude, reliable work ethic, and willingness to assist with all office duties
Familiarity with Hubspot, Replicon, and Employment Hero (advantageous but not required)
