This role is responsible for the planning, coordination and execution of shutdowns associated with our projects across Paraburdoo, Marandoo and Western Turner. As a Shutdown Coordinator, you will oversee and manage several shutdowns, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing relationships between client, maintenance and shutdown teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
* Assisting in the development of shut schedules to meet project deadlines and requirements.
* Attending pre-during and post-shutdown meetings to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
* Liaising with clients and company personnel to maintain business prospects and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years experience in a similar role, preferably as a Superintendent or Construction Manager.
* A Trade background with strong knowledge of Structural Integrity and Maintenance projects.
* Prior experience in a Rio Tinto environment would be highly regarded.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
