With an exciting calendar ahead and the remainder of the AFL 2026 season, we're seeking hospitality professionals who thrive in premium service environments.

What will you do?
* Deliver premium food and beverage service with a focus on professionalism and attention to detail
* Support the setup and upkeep of our distinguished dining and service areas
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of menu offerings, provide expert recommendations, and accommodate requirements to enhance the guest experience
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless and exceptional service delivery
* Demonstrate high‐level knowledge of RSA requirements in bar settings
More About You
* Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
* Food Safety Certificate
* Proven experience in food and beverage service
* Proven knowledge of RSA requirements
* Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
* Availability to work throughout the AFL season and beyond, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts to align with match schedules
