As a Brake Press Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining brake press machinery to bend, form, punch, and shape sheet metal components according to specifications. Additionally, you will be required to safely operate a forklift to move materials and finished products within the facility. Monday to Thursday: 1:30 PM – 10:00pm & Friday: 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Please note: Afternoon shift staff will need to undergo training with Day crew for a minimum of 1 month prior to moving to Afternoon Shift. Essential Requirements: Proven Brake Press and/or CNC operating skills. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings (2D & 3D projections). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Willingness to learn new tasks, machining operations, and machine setups. Strong teamwork and ability to build good rapport with colleagues. Capable of performing manual tasks as needed. Desirable Skills & Experience: 2 years’ experience operating a press brake. Valid forklift license. Background in Sheet Metal Trade (or similar). Experience or willingness to learn sheet metal working tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proactive mindset and a commitment to a ONE TEAM culture. Ability to adapt and collaborate to meet customer expectations. Proven safety-first approach in the workplace. Open to continuous learning and improvement.
