We believe collaboration thrives in person, so most teams work from the office full time with flexibility as needed.Job Summary Key responsibilities of the role include:Lead cross‐functional engagement teams to shape and drive cybersecurity and digital transformation capabilities for our customers.Provide expert guidance on value‐based selling methodologies to support and enhance the sales process.Synthesize engagement experiences into reusable content, frameworks, and thought leadership to advance team capabilities and ensure alignment.Scale value‐selling expertise across the partner ecosystem by developing and distributing specialized toolkits, frameworks, and outcome‐based content that empower partners to lead engagements independently.Design and deliver partner enablement programs focused on transitioning channel teams from technical feature‐selling to strategic, outcome‐oriented conversations that resonate with C‐suite executives.Mentor and support key partners in building autonomous value functions, ensuring they can consistently quantify and position the business impact of our products within their own sales cycles.Required Qualifications12+ years of experience focusing on business transformation, preferably with a top management consulting firm or technology company.Expertise in building business cases with in-depth financial analysis and ROI/TCO modeling.Strong executive presence and situational awareness, with a proven track record of influencing C‐suite leaders.Proven ability to foster accountability and build consensus across diverse teams and customer stakeholders.Exceptional problem‐solving skills, applying consulting frameworks and methodologies to offer creative solutions.Preferred QualificationsMBA from a top‐tier business school.Experience in Cyber Risk Assessment, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Sales & Strategy.Ability to quickly adapt and contribute to projects across various industries.Our Commitment We're trailblazers who dream big, take risks, and challenge the status quo.
