Our client is seeking a switched‐on, motivated New Car Sales Manager to take control of a franchise in their New Car Sales Department. The dealership offers an excellent income stream, security of tenure, a friendly working environment, and good gross figures. The role is hands‐on, not from a back office. The dealership trades Monday to Saturday, a 5‐day working week, closed Sundays.
Applicants for this position will have current or recent experience as a New Car Sales Manager in a franchised dealership environment. You must have strong management, financial, sales, closing, and people‐handling skills, be motivated by customer satisfaction and profitability, and be prepared to motivate and work alongside sales consultants.

Salary: a retainer around $70k – $75k, super, commission structure, car or car allowance. On‐Target Earnings should fall in the $130k – $150k range and will be higher for a strong operator.
