Your Impact As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you’ll: Deliver evidence-based care that sets the standard for excellence. Lead and mentor your team to achieve outstanding patient outcomes. What We’re Looking For Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse. 4 years’ experience in Medical/Surgical nursing. Strong leadership and advocacy skills. Advanced communication and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work a rotating roster (including evenings, nights, and weekends).
