We are a growing local gardening business looking for an energetic, reliable and hands-on person to join our team from early New Year.
About the role
This is an outdoor, physical role working at residential and commercial properties. Duties include:
* Lawn mowing
* Hedge trimming & pruning
* Weed control and garden clean-ups
* Green waste removal
* General grounds maintenance
* Gutter cleaning (only suitable person)
* Solar panel cleaning (only suitable person)
Some weekend work may be required, depending on weather and workload.
What we're looking for
* Energetic and physically fit
* Available and reliable (minimum 20 hrs/week, up to 40 hrs)
* Quick learner with a positive attitude
* Valid driver's licence (manual & auto required)
* Comfortable driving a vehicle with a trailer
* Police clearance (or willing to obtain)
* Gardening or maintenance experience preferred but not essential
What we offer
* $30–$35 per hour, depending on experience
* Casual employment with consistent hours
