Key Roles and Responsibilities:
The Operations Officer is responsible for the efficient delivery of planning and administration functions for current and future divisional operations with a focus on helicopter maintenance.
The role involves supporting the Helicopter Maintenance Managers, General Manager Aerospace, in delivering planning and administrative functions in support of divisional operations.
Duties include conducting operational and administrative planning, providing support to divisional managers, participating in business development actions, enhancing business practices, and maintaining a safe work environment.
Additionally, the Operations Officer will develop and refine business strategies and processes, oversee policy development, coordinate business activities, promote a culture of safety and accountability, and provide administrative assistance.
Key Qualifications Include:
* Tertiary-level education in Management or Business
* < 5 years' experience working in a similar capacity
* Able to obtain Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance
