Global Engagement Coordinator
The role of the Global Engagement Coordinator is to support the planning and delivery of high-impact international events, contributing directly to South Australia's global engagement strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
* Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries for Ministerial and business delegations
* Prepare meeting briefings, schedules, collateral, and travel documentation
* Develop creative concepts for networking events and manage end-to-end project delivery and post-event analysis
* Support event logistics including venue research, branded materials, and stakeholder liaison
* Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, suppliers, and stakeholders
* Assist in preparing high-quality briefings and correspondence aligned with government priorities
Key competencies include:
* Proven experience in coordinating complex events and managing stakeholder relationships
* Strong understanding of cultural and industry contexts in international engagement
* Knowledge of government event protocols, sponsorship guidelines, and reporting processes
* Proficiency in event and marketing software
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and time management skills

Desirable qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Event Management, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
