APG Workforce are looking for an experienced, Recruitment Consultant to join our Regional team to assist in building and maintaining our increasing client base in the Geelong area.
**The Role**
Reporting directly to the Regional Vic Branch Manager, this role will commence as a work from home basis but progressing to office environment. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant that is looking to further their knowledge and has a drive for professional growth.
**Duties**:
- Advertise, source, screen and interview applicants
- Conduct Reference Checks
- Client Onboarding/Inductions
- WHS Risk Assessments and Employee Toolboxes
- Client and Employee Engagement
- Administrative tasks to maintain compliance

- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage your day by multi-task, prioritising, thinking outside the box and having a 'whatever it takes' approach

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft package and computer systems
- Own car and drivers licence is a must as you will be required to travel between Geelong and Bannockburn
- Fully Vaccinated
