Job Description
This role involves providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
* Provide exceptional donor and reception services, including phone and inbox support
* Process donations accurately and maintain high-quality donor data
* Coordinate and support volunteers and casuals – recruitment, induction, rosters and day-to-day guidance
* Maintain office environment, supplies, equipment and facilities
* Support onboarding and offboarding, including systems access and equipment setup
* Assist with IT and system access troubleshooting and maintain internal documentation
* Maintain controlled documents, records and filing systems (physical and electronic)
* Support compliance tracking, training records and basic finance administration
* Provide reliable administration for meetings, including agendas and papers
* Assist with events administration and travel coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications
You should possess:
* Solid administration experience, ideally in a not-for-profit or values-based environment
* Confidence with CRM or finance systems – or the ability to learn quickly
* Experience in customer service, donor care or volunteer coordination (desirable)
