Our client is an industry leading construction machine operator at the forefront of the industry. Based on the Northern Gold Coast, they are seeking a Service Coordinator to join their team for a maternity leave contract.
**Your new role**
The service coordinator is primarily responsible for the administration and coordination of the Service Department to ensure the delivery of safe, efficient and compliant services to support the Earthmoving team. The role will involve:
- First point of contact, handling enquiries and providing customer service
- Scheduling and arranging work for the service team
- Raising job cards and managing work in progress
- Providing reports on all activities of the team operations
- Database management
- Assisting with Timesheets
- General administration support to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the department
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful you will have:
- Demonstrated and current experience within a similar role within a service department
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to build relationships
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- A great work ethic and the ability to work autonomously and in a team
