Payroll Officer Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to process high volume payroll and time data, employee action forms, and recruitment and contractor requests.
* Process multiple payroll and time data, employee action forms, and recruitment and contractor requests accurately and efficiently.

The successful candidate will have established experience in administering payroll functions in a large and complex organisation.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
* Respond to a range of payroll-related queries and tasks with a strong customer service focus.
* Ensure actions are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of human resource management systems in relation to payroll functions and demonstrated experience in preparing and processing high volume transactions/data with a focus on accuracy.
Essential Skills:
* Established experience in administering payroll functions in a large and complex organisation.
* Knowledge of human resource management systems in relation to payroll functions.
* Demonstrated experience in preparing and processing high volume transactions/data with a focus on accuracy.
* Experience understanding and applying relevant agreements and legislation requirements.
* Good communication, interpersonal and customer and stakeholder relationship skills.
* Ability to provide advice and problem solve on a wide range of payroll issues.
* Good organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
