We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Experienced Educators and ECT,to join our vibrant team and help us continue to provide exceptional early learning experiences.

Experienced Educator positions require a minimum of 1+ years of early childhood education experience.

Position Overview:

As an Early Childhood Educator at Wildflowers, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children's growth, development, and sense of belonging. You will uphold our core values of Respect, Connect, and Thrive, fostering an inclusive and enriching learning environment where every child is seen, heard, and celebrated.

What You'll Do:

• Design and implement nature-based, child-led learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community.

• Foster an environment that supports creativity, curiosity, and a lifelong love of learning.

• Work collaboratively with a passionate team of educators to uphold Wildflowers' philosophy and values.

• Create inclusive spaces that promote diversity, equity, and respect for all children.

What You'll Bring:

Relevant qualifications to your applied role,

Qualifications must include Diploma ECE, Bachelor ECE, and Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

• A commitment to fostering respectful, meaningful connections with children and families.

• A passion for nature-based learning and a child-centered approach to education.

Australian work rights are essential for this position.
