Key Responsibilities:
* Support new product launches and enhance exposure for existing destinations and packages
* Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing) to gather insights and contribute to campaign development
* Assist in the delivery of marketing strategies, including ad campaigns, events, sponsorships, and promotions
* Coordinate with creative teams for content development and asset delivery
* Prepare presentations, marketing decks, and case studies
* Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent communication
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
* Provide general support to the Marketing Manager and Campaign Specialist
Requirements:
* A recent graduate or someone with 1–2 years of marketing experience—ideally with a passion for travel
* Solid understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels
* A collaborative, team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
* Creative thinker with a proactive mindset and attention to detail
* Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow through hands-on experience and mentorship
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and openness to learning new tools
