The Role

This role goes beyond traditional sales activity, with a strong focus on clinical engagement, account strategy and long-term partnership development.
You will:
Build trusted relationships with oncology specialists and key hospital stakeholders
Contribute to strategic account planning across complex hospital networks
Engage in high-quality, clinically relevant discussions aligned to patient outcomes
Work cross-functionally to support access and appropriate use of therapies
Identify opportunities to influence treatment pathways and optimise care
About You
You are an experienced Hospital Specialist Representative with a background in solid tumour oncology, ready to step into a more strategic and clinically aligned role.
You bring:
Proven oncology HSR experience, with exposure to solid tumour portfolios
Strong clinical credibility and confidence in specialist conversations
A desire to move beyond transactional sales into a more meaningful engagement model
Established hospital relationships and understanding of oncology pathways
A thoughtful, curious and commercially aware mindset
