We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Support Worker to join our Active Overnight Team.
This role involves providing exceptional, person-centered care to our valued participant in their family home.

About the Role:As a Support Worker, you will assist with active overnight care across a rotating 7-day schedule.
Shifts run from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with initial 2-hour buddy shifts to ensure a smooth transition.
Key Responsibilities: Personal Care: Supporting hygiene and grooming needs.
Medication Assistance: Administering medications as required.
High-Intensity Supports: Tasks such as enteral feeding and complex bowel care.
Well-Being Monitoring: Observing and reporting participant progress.
Manual Handling: Using slide sheets, hoists, and other equipment (training provided).
Compliance: Adhering to company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
Training: Attending RN-led training sessions to maintain competency.
This role is unique as you'll form lasting professional relationships with the participant, their family, and your teammates.
What We're Looking For: Minimum Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services, or Individual Support.
At least 1 year of experience in disability support work.
Experience with manual handling, PEG feeding, and medication prompting (preferred).
Current CPR/First Aid Certificate.
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or Yellow Card.
Current Australian Driver's Licence and a reliable, registered, and insured vehicle.
Smartphone with internet access.
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
