About us
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Dispensary Technician to join our team at the Scott Street Pharmacy Group in Toowoomba. We are experiencing significant growth within our business, with this role designed to assist with further projected growth. This role is expected to present approximately a 30hr per week roster. This role offers the potential to become a full-time role for the right candidate.
Prior experience as a Dispensary Technician will be required to be considered for this role, however if you are an experienced Pharmacy Assistant, we'd still love to hear from you Previous experience using FRED software will be highly regarded.

Qualifications & Experience
* Experience working as a Dispensary Technician, with supporting qualifications.
* Strong knowledge of FRED Software programs highly regarded.
* Reliable, punctual and a positive can do attitude.
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, each and every time.
* A willingness to adapt to change and a can do attitude.
* Ability to build on existing relationships and creating new customer relationships.
* An interest in regularly learning, developing and upskilling your personal skills set.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Dispensing medication & packing in preparation for delivery.
* Co-ordinating with customers and multidisciplinary teams.
* Assisting in the preparation of prescriptions.
* Replenishing of stock and maintenance of inventory levels.
* Working alongside the Team, delivering outstanding customer service to assist in the delivery of Pharmacy services.
* Organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the Dispensary.
* Closely follow Pharmacy policies and procedures.
* General Pharmacy duties and customer service as required.
