CRM Campaign Manager

As our CRM Campaign Manager, reporting to the Group Manager CRM Operations, you will support the design and delivery of targeted CRM campaigns that drive visitation, engagement and revenue from The Star's loyalty member base. You will own campaign ideation through to execution – working cross‐functionally to bring data‐led strategies to life across direct channels – eDM, SMS, Push to App and direct mail.
Responsibilities
* Develop targeted campaign strategies based on customer behaviour and insights.
* Design compelling offer mechanics to drive trips and spend.
* Translate campaign ideas into explicit data and creative briefs.
* Partner with your technical CRM teammates to deliver campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Support day‐to‐day campaign execution across all direct channels.
Qualifications
* Experience in CRM, lifecycle or loyalty marketing strategy.
* Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting.
