Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Leongatha, VIC, with the flexibility to provide online support as required. The Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting in-depth business analysis and driving business development initiatives across several areas of the organisation. Daily tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, analysing and improving business processes, and coordinating activities that enhance operational efficiency and growth. The role also involves organising and supporting conferences and meetings, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
Qualifications
High-level analytical and business analysis skills
Proven experience in business development across multiple business areas
Experience in business process improvement and requirements gathering
Strong organisational skills for managing onsite and online support, including conference and meeting coordination
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in the technology industry is a plus**
