Support Teaching and Learning
This role supports teachers in delivering effective learning and teaching programs for students.
* The support officer will assist with the planning, preparation and delivery of learning programs, including using technology and learning support activities.
* Monitoring student progress and identifying areas to provide evidence-based intervention strategies.
* Improving student learning outcomes by providing support and advice on supporting students with diverse learning needs.
* Collaborating with school specialists to organize and assist with intervention groups to coordinate services.
* Documenting observation notes, intervention programs and assisting in the collation and preparation of classroom materials.

About You
To be successful in this position you will bring relevant contemporary skills and experience including:
* Strong skills in planning, preparing and delivering effective teaching programs.
* Ability to monitor student progress and apply evidence-based interventions.
* Expertise in supporting diverse learning needs to improve student outcomes.
* Collaborative skills to work with specialists and coordinate intervention groups.
* Proficient in documenting observations, managing intervention programs, and preparing classroom materials.
* Certificate III in Education Support.
