Responsibilities
Providing outstanding customer service, greeting guests warmly, and taking orders accurately.
* Preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages and specialty drinks.
* Handling POS transactions efficiently.
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming storefront and workspace.
* Assisting with food preparation and delivery as needed.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service, food service, or barista role is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Commitment to work with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail and organized workspace.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks.
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-player mentality.
