About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to support several areas of the business across a wide range of tasks. Sometimes called the "everything department", this role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Managing customer claims processes
* Creating and managing purchase orders
* Coordinating samples for technical testing
* Preparing business reports and documentation
* Supporting the sales team and providing customer service
* Organising small internal events and coordinating marketing collateral
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* The ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously
* A proactive and practical approach with a solution-driven mindset
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems quickly
* Previous experience as an EA or in a similar coordination-based role (desirable)
