Unified Healthcare Group (UHG) is looking for a motivated person with exceptional attention to details to join our Health Screening Services team.

Enabled by medEbridge, we provide secure online access to a national marketplace of GP's, Specialists, Nurses, Allied Health Professionals and more. Our customers connect easily with health practitioners using this platform to access information quickly to make informed decisions and improve outcomes for their clients who have suffered personal injuries such as road or workplace accidents
We are looking for 1X full time and 1X fixed term full time employee. Hybrid working arrangements available
What You Will Be Doing
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Quality checking health information as provided by health care providers
* Liaising directly with health care providers such as medical clinics, pathology providers, health professionals and participants following appointments

* Writing accurate and detailed case notes in the medEbridge platform
* Relationship management between key stakeholders
* Responding to UHG customer queries
What You Should Have
* Strong customer and service orientated focus
* Excellent time management and attention to details
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent knowledge and understanding of systems, processes, and procedures
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Understanding of health & medical information exchange, and the interplay between healthcare practitioners, their clients, and insurers (desirable)
