Are you passionate about pets and customer service? Do you enjoy working within a dynamic and fast paced team? We have a part-time position at our Mt Eliza hospital, consisting of 3 weekday shifts and a 1 in 4 Saturday shift rotation.
We are currently looking for an experienced receptionist to help ensure that our clients have an excellent front of house experience by providing a high standard of care and professionalism. This position will include all basic reception duties where you would be the welcoming face of the clinic.
* Greeting & checking in clients in a very friendly manner
* Provide high level of customer service standards
* Taking medication requests, payments, etc.
* Complete assigned daily tasks and communicate with vets & nurses to ensure the smooth running of the hospital
Our ideal candidate is someone who has:
* A strong eye for detail, excellent communication and time organization skills
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a receptionist (veterinary experience not required)
* A desire to provide and uphold a high standard of patient and client care
