Your new role: In this senior role, you will deliver advanced occupational therapy services to children and young people experiencing severe and complex mental health needs.
You'll provide assessment, intervention, evaluation and consultation within an interprofessional team, while contributing to evidence-based practice, service development and education.
You will: Deliver high-quality occupational therapy assessment, intervention and evaluation Apply advanced clinical judgement and manage complex caseloads with increasing autonomy Act as a clinical reference point for the Bayside CYMHS OT team Develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices, protocols and service improvements About you: You are an experienced occupational therapist with strong clinical capability in child and youth mental health.
You demonstrate advanced communication skills, cultural sensitivity and the ability to support consumers with severe and complex presentations.
