Job Description We are looking for a Tax Analyst to support the Tax Manager in meeting tax compliance obligations. Your key responsibilities will be: Preparation of tax effect accounting calculations for the 30 June 2025 financial year end and income tax returns including detailed work papers; Preparation of the monthly NRMA Group Business Activity Statement including detailed work papers; Preparation of Fringe Benefits Tax returns including detailed work papers; Perform analysis of fixed assets from a tax perspective and ensure complete and accurate tax fixed asset registers; and Provide ad hoc support to the Tax Manager on an “as needs” basis. Requirements for Success: Commerce degree or equivalent At least 4 years experience in a professional services firm and/or corporate tax function across FBT, income tax and tax accounting Proficient in tax effect accounting and strong excel skills Strong communication skills (verbal and written) as well as an ability to work independently Hands on approach to understanding and navigating systems to collate data for tax analysis Knowledge of business accounting principles What's in it for you?
