Job Role:
Hiring is underway for an HR Advisor who will provide timely support and consultancy to managers and employees in workforce planning, job design, recruitment and on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, remuneration, conflict resolution and off-boarding.
The role involves providing recommendations and advice around key people related initiatives and processes including employee relations, organisational development, change management, communication, culture and coaching.
* Resolving performance issues and conflicts
* Assisting with end-to-end recruitment and selection
* Designing, developing and implementing programs, policies and strategies to meet business needs and goals
Additional responsibilities include supporting executives, management and employees in the interpretation and adherence to relevant agreements, updating HR policies in line with current legislation and informing staff about changes, ensuring effective document and data control occurs, ensuring the quality and compliance of HR documentation, performing monthly workforce reporting and delivering internal courses as required.
