Qualifications and Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in a retail leadership role with a target-based environment.
* Bedding experience is beneficial but not essential.
* You must be a values-based leader who inspires, motivates, and develops a high-performing team.
* Hands-on operators who lead by example and maintain high standards and non-negotiables are ideal candidates.
* A strong drive for sales and ability to influence outcomes and hit KPIs is crucial.
* You should be able to quickly solve problems, connect information, juggle priorities, and take initiative.
* A customer-focused communicator with excellent listening skills and the ability to help customers achieve their vision is essential.
