The ideal candidate will have the ability to work closely with our Emergency & Critical Care Head of Department to develop and lead the ECC service. They will be responsible for maintaining high standards of patient care while also being able to impact overall operations.
About the Role
* The successful applicant will work closely with the Head of ECC in managing daily operations, including staff development and support, roster management, client liaison, referring veterinarians' communication.
* This leadership role comes with flexibility – no full overnight shifts required; bulk hours Monday-Friday.
