Overview
Console Operator/Barista - Ampol Warrawong. Casual position at the Brand recent Ampol store at Warrawong. Availability for early morning, afternoon and evening shifts, weekends and public holidays is a requirement.
Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment and ensure customers have an exceptional experience.
Greet and assist customers, promote loyalty programs and promotions, and respond to inquiries with product and service information.
Complete sale transactions using the Point of Sale system.
Prepare coffees using barista equipment.
Maintain store appearance and cleanliness; complete cleaning tasks and stock replenishment per procedures.
Replenish shop stock and complete stock deliveries per safety procedures.
Be aware of forecourt and shop customers and respond quickly to safety hazards and incidents.
Health Safety Environment And Quality (HSEQ) Requirements
Maintain awareness of and ability to undertake emergency procedures at any time.
Conduct activities in accordance with safety and operational procedures; adhere to work health and safety policies.
Qualifications
Customer service experience: 1 year (Required).
Work authorisation: Australia (Required).
