We are looking for a **driven and proactive Marketing Coordinator** to help grow our brand awareness, strengthen referrer relationships, and **increase client referrals**. This is a fantastic **remote opportunity**, with occasional visits to our Perth practices for team collaboration.
**About the Role**
This is an exciting **role** ideal for someone looking to gain **hands-on experience** in **healthcare marketing, digital advertising, and relationship-building**. Or for someone who is looking for something very part-time whilst caring for children or managing other duties. You will play a **key role in increasing referrals** through a mix of **network marketing, referrer engagement, and digital advertising**.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Referral & Network Marketing (Primary Focus)**
- Build relationships with **GPs, paediatricians, NDIS coordinators, and schools** to increase client referrals.
- Assist in organising **networking meetings, referrer visits, and events**:
- Develop and distribute **marketing materials** to referrers (print and digital).
- Track **referral trends** and analyse data to inform marketing strategies.
**Digital Marketing & Advertising (Supporting Role)**
- Set up, manage, and optimise **Google Ads and Facebook Ads** to attract new clients.
- Monitor ad performance and adjust strategies to **maximise return on investment**.
- Maintain and update the **website (WordPress)**, including blog posts and service updates.
- Guide our **social media content** (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
**General Marketing & Outreach**
- Conduct **market research** to identify growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Monitor and respond to **online reviews and inquiries** in alignment with industry regulations.
- Provide insights on **marketing performance**, adjusting tactics as needed.
**Who You Are**
? You might be a **recent marketing graduate, a final-year student, a work-from-home parent or someone with digital marketing experience** looking to break into the healthcare sector.
? A self-starter with **strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and initiative**.
? Experienced (or eager to learn) in **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and referral marketing**.
? Confident using tools like **Canva, Mailchimp, WordPress, and Meta Business Suite**.
? Skilled in **networking and relationship-building**, with a warm and professional approach.
? Passionate about **mental health and healthcare marketing**.
