Community Support Officer
We are seeking a Community Support Officer to join our operations team in Canberra. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety of residents and overall management of the building during overnight hours.
* Maintain building security and safety, perform perimeter checks, and resolve issues or emergencies.
* Carry out administration tasks, including maintaining records, processing payments, auditing, reporting, etc.
* Effectively manage incidents during night shift, including grievances and conflict resolution.
