Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Professional to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction in assigned industries and geographic territories. This role involves managing direct and indirect deals, leveraging partnerships, and collaborating with channel partners to achieve sales objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess industry knowledge, business acumen, and exceptional communication skills. They will develop and execute sales strategies, provide leadership and training, and establish long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

* Achieve assigned sales budgets and provide regular forecasts for assigned industry and territory and/or resellers.
* Target key accounts and prospects within a defined sales territory by industry, geography, or product group.
* Develop and execute a business plan to maximize opportunities to achieve sales budgets and key objectives within defined industry and geographic territory.
* Provide leadership, training, and serve as an ongoing resource to improve local resellers' skill set to drive key sales objectives.
* Establish effective long-term customer relationships, working with all levels within the account.
* Leverage chosen sales processes, tools and methodologies.
* Coordinate internal resources with representatives from pre-sales, and/or other internal organizations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* AEC industry experience (or cloud-based construction experience) is highly desirable.
* +5 years of BD or direct selling experience in a matrix organisation.
* Demonstrated success in building pipeline and closing deals from that pipeline.
