Your new role
- Leading payroll operations to meet weekly and monthly processing targets.
- Providing expert guidance on payroll systems, legislation, and processes.
- Preparing and reviewing complex payroll calculations and reconciliations.
- Managing payroll tax, PAYG, superannuation, STP, and other statutory reporting.
- Administering payroll changes including onboarding, terminations, and salary adjustments.
- Supporting system upgrades and testing, and maintaining HRIS and banking platforms.
- Assisting with remuneration reviews, EBA increases, and employee share plans.
- Promoting self-service functionality and delivering exceptional customer service.
What you'll need to succeed 
- Proven experience in a senior payroll role within a large organisation.
- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, taxation, and award interpretation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and safety.
