Job Role Overview
The EPRR Resilience Lead plays a crucial role in developing strategies, policies and procedures that drive emergency planning priorities for the organization.
This key position will support the Head of Emergency Planning and Resilience Manager to ensure effective emergency preparedness and response across all areas.
Main responsibilities include:
* Developing professional relationships within the organization to foster collaboration and coordination.
* Assisting with the development and implementation of EPRR delivery plans to meet strategic objectives.
* Representing the organization at local health resilience partnerships and local resilience fora to advance shared interests.
* Supporting and leading on Business Continuity (BC) plans and incident response programmes to minimize disruption and ensure continuity of operations.
