As a Site Manager, you will oversee all construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Your proven experience as a dedicated Site Manager means you are proactive in finding solutions, collaborative in your approach, and committed to maintaining strong stakeholder relationships while upholding the highest safety standards.
To succeed in this role, you will bring at least five years of commercial construction experience and a track record of leading by example. You are a motivated and positive individual who thrives in dynamic environments and communicates with clarity. You build effective relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, and you lead with a safety first mindset to ensure targets are achieved without compromise. Above all, you are hardworking, enthusiastic, and passionate about construction.
